How buying liquidation works
Fixed prices, no bidding, and nothing to pay until you've seen a full invoice. Here's the whole process, start to finish.
- Step 1
Open a free account
Register with your business details. Add a resale certificate to buy tax-exempt. Prices are visible without an account.
- Step 2
Choose your lots
Filter by category, condition, lot size and price. Every listing shows photos, the condition grade and lot size, plus unit counts, retail value and an item-level manifest wherever the source provides them.
- Step 3
Place your order
Check out with your delivery method and address. Nothing is charged. Your lots are reserved and removed from the site immediately.
- Step 4
Receive your invoice
We quote freight from our carrier network and issue your invoice, usually within one business day. Pickup orders are invoiced straight away.
- Step 5
Pay your invoice
Pay the invoice total by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo or wire transfer within 3 business days. We confirm receipt in your account.
- Step 6
We prepare your load
Lots are wrapped, labelled and staged at the dock. You'll get a notification when the carrier is booked.
- Step 7
Delivery or pickup
Track your freight with the PRO or tracking number on your order page. Inspect on arrival and note any damage on the delivery receipt.

Condition grades
Each lot carries one grade. Mixed lots show per-item grades on the manifest where available. Lots are sold as described by their grade.

Lot sizes
Payment & delivery
Payment. We accept payment by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Cash App, Venmo or wire transfer against an invoice. Online payments are made from your order page on our payment partner’s secure checkout and confirmed automatically. Payment is due within 3 business days; unpaid orders may be cancelled and the lots relisted.

Freight. Pallets ship by LTL; truckloads on a dedicated trailer. Freight is quoted at cost from our carrier network. Liftgate, residential and appointment delivery are available.
Pickup. Collect from our dock with your own carrier or vehicle. Book a loading slot once your invoice is paid.
Export. We load 40′ and 40′ HC containers and prepare commercial invoices and packing lists. Quotes to your port of destination on request.
