Needed inventory before the holidays and ordered a case of jackets and coats. Only needed a lint roller and steamer for most of it. Sizes were spread out well, not a pile of XXL and XS. Ten out of ten, honestly.

Went in on a pallet of lighting fixtures with my brother-in-law. Fixtures had their mounting hardware in the box. Brand names were legit, not knockoffs. One fixture had a cracked glass shade. The driver had a liftgate, which I'd asked for at checkout. Keep doing what you're doing.

Got a truckload of office chairs to stock my thrift shop. Scuffs were minor and a touch-up marker handled them. Tracking updated the whole way, no guessing. Recommending them to the other vendors at my market.

Took a chance on a pallet of phone accessories. I powered up every unit on a bench before listing and 102 of 113 worked out of the box. Retail packaging was crushed on a lot of units, which hurts resale. I emailed a question before buying and got a straight answer.

A friend recommended Northvale, so I tried a pallet of home décor. Easy items to move at a weekend market. Checkout was simple and the receipt came through right away. Best lot I've bought so far.

Decided to try a pallet after a few cases went well. This one was drill kits. Tested the cordless stuff and 27 of 30 ran. Batteries held a charge too. Contractors at my booth bought half of it before I even finished setting up. They helped me plan how to get it unloaded at my place. This is how a liquidation buy should go.

Ordered a pallet of smart home devices for my flea market booth. The higher-end units were packed separately with extra foam, nice touch. Only downside: cables were missing from about a third of the boxes. Picked it up from the warehouse myself and they loaded it with a forklift in five minutes.

I resell on eBay and grabbed a pallet of headphones. Chargers were included for nearly everything, which saved me a lot of hunting. Several had battery swelling I wasn't expecting from a 'tested' lot. Shipping cost more than I budgeted once the residential fee was added. They were upfront that the lot was untested, which I appreciated.

Bought a pallet of cookware to flip on Facebook Marketplace. Pros: cookware sets were complete, lids included. Cons: some chipped plates and a broken glass bowl. Not sure I'll order again.

I run a small online shop and needed microwaves, so I went with a pallet. Pros: plugged them all in in the garage and 61 out of 70 ran without a problem. Cons: freight left a forklift gouge in one of the bigger boxes. Margins were good after everything.

Picked up a case of nursery items for my store. Most of the boxes were sealed, so they're good for gifts.

Decided to try a case after a few cases went well. This one was laptops and tablets. Most still had the plastic film on the screens. Several had battery swelling I wasn't expecting from a 'tested' lot. The pallet was labeled clearly, so the driver found my dock right away. Might give them another shot.
