I run a small online shop and needed nursery items, so I went with a case. Most of the boxes were sealed, so they're good for gifts. Packaging damage on a lot of the toys, which matters for gifts. Shipping cost more than I budgeted once the residential fee was added. When one unit was wrong they offered a partial credit without me pushing.

A friend recommended Northvale, so I tried a truckload of TVs and monitors. Retail packaging was crushed on a lot of units, which hurts resale. Cables were missing from about a third of the boxes. To be fair, A handful were still sealed, and those paid for a big chunk of the lot. Took two days to hear back from support. Probably won't do this category again.
