First time buying a case of board games. Most of the boxes were sealed, so they're good for gifts. That said, A few sets were opened and I couldn't confirm they were complete. Shipping took about a week, which is what they said.

Decided to try a pallet after a few cases went well. This one was coffee makers. Plugged them all in in the garage and 68 out of 91 ran without a problem. 4 wouldn't power on at all. No liftgate even though I paid for one, and I had to unload by hand. They were upfront that the lot was untested, which I appreciated. I'd try them again with a different category.

Took a chance on a pallet of washers and dryers. Dents were on the sides, so once they're installed you'd never know. Minor gripe: A couple had clearly been used before, definitely not shelf pulls. When one unit was wrong they offered a partial credit without me pushing. Small issues, but I'm happy.
