Needed inventory before the holidays and ordered a case of storage bins. Bins nested together nicely, so the pallet was packed full. Only downside: A few bins had cracked lids. Arrived on a sturdy pallet with corner boards. When one unit was wrong they offered a partial credit without me pushing. Would buy again.

Ordered a case of phone accessories for my flea market booth. Factory reset was all most of them needed. I powered up every unit on a bench before listing and 14 of 15 worked out of the box. Only downside: retail packaging was crushed on a lot of units, which hurts resale. Got a delivery window the morning of, and they stuck to it. This was my second order, a pallet of power tools. Tested the cordless stuff and 58 of 81 ran. Batteries held a charge too. Several drills came without batteries or chargers. The pallet showed up leaning and some boxes on top were crushed. Made a little, but it was a lot of work.
