Went in on a case of fragrance with my brother-in-law. Fragrance boxes were sealed with the cellophane on. One leaking bottle made a mess of part of the box. The pallet showed up leaning and some boxes on top were crushed. The order page kept me posted at every step.

Took a chance on a pallet of lighting fixtures. Fixtures had their mounting hardware in the box. Some boxes had been opened and taped back up. The pallet showed up leaning and some boxes on top were crushed.

Decided to try a pallet after a few cases went well. This one was coffee makers. Plugged them all in in the garage and 68 out of 91 ran without a problem. 4 wouldn't power on at all. No liftgate even though I paid for one, and I had to unload by hand. They were upfront that the lot was untested, which I appreciated. I'd try them again with a different category.

It was fine. Some dinnerware good, some not. Breakage was way less than I expected. Maybe 5 pieces.

Bought a truckload of microwaves to flip on Facebook Marketplace. Most were still in the original box with the foam inserts. Freight left a forklift gouge in one of the bigger boxes.

Not bad for the price, but lots of sorting.

Decided to try a case after a few cases went well. This one was office chairs. Everything was shrink-wrapped tight, nothing rattling around. Two boxes were missing hardware and I had to order screws. Someone actually picked up the phone when I called. Mixed feelings. Some wins, some losses.

Decided to try a pallet after a few cases went well. This one was faucets. Brand names were legit, not knockoffs. Some boxes had been opened and taped back up. Delivery was three days later than quoted. OK, but not great.

This was my second order, a pallet of power tools. Tested the cordless stuff and 58 of 81 ran. Batteries held a charge too. Several drills came without batteries or chargers. The pallet showed up leaning and some boxes on top were crushed. Made a little, but it was a lot of work.

Bought a case of storage bins to flip on Facebook Marketplace. Bins nested together nicely, so the pallet was packed full. A few bins had cracked lids. The carrier didn't call ahead, so I almost missed it. I emailed a question before buying and got a straight answer. Fine for the price, just set your expectations.

Needed inventory before the holidays and ordered a pallet of mixed returns. The manifest was rough but the general categories were accurate. Took a full weekend to sort, so price your time in. Paying online took two minutes. Broke even, about.
